Guys,
I just received a denial letetr from GECRB in which it lists my TU score of 679 pulled on November 19, 2012.
I remember I pulled myFICO TU on this same date (I checked checked myFICO account to confirm the report & score date) and the score was 650. I was a bit disappointed but I decided to call GE anway immediately to ask for a CLI on my Paypal SmartConnect. Got approved from $900 to $2000. The rep asked me "what else can I do for you", so I tested my luck and asked for double the granted amount which obviously got denied, hence the letter I got today.
Question: why 29 points difference from the same CRA, pulled almost at the same time?
Probably a combination of two factors.
1. Different scoring models. myFICO uses TU98 model, most lenders use TU04.
2. Different variant of scoring model, ie auto-enhanced, insurance-enhanced, credit card-enhanced

^ This
besides myfico = TU98
GECRB = TU08
Mortgages/Car loans = TU04 no way to buy or have access to TU04 without apping to my knowledge
