What is your history with the card? How much do you use it? Age of the specific card? How many APR reductions have you gotten and when were they, to get to 10.24%? What are your scores?
@Anonymous history is: Approved Jan 2013 @ best APR available (12.99), I use it weekly to do grocery shopping + any good Amex offers that catch my eye, the card is backdated to 2007, and I've had 2 reductions (once to 11.00%, and again to 10.24%). Scores across all three range between 760-780 on FAKOs

Well, that might be the lowest, but the kind of rates for other AMEX reported are even lower. Likely depends on the file.
Why do you rely on FAKOS? AMEX gives you your legitimate EX score monthly. What is that score?

The APR on my BCP card is currently 9.24%.
So far I've received 3 permanent APR reductions:
17.24% (lowest available APR then) -> 14.24%
14.24% -> 11.24%
11.24% -> 9.24%
