Anyone else have a problem with people not getting it to swipe because they use instinct instead of sight?
I've had zero problems with mine. Why don't you just tell them ahead of time?

What?
The strip is on the front of the card instead of the back

Same.
it used to be a problem at first, just get into the habit of telling and showing exactly where the stripe is when you hand the card over to the cashier. I haven't used the card physically since I met the spend awhile ago, now it's just used online for the perks (hotel 4th night, airfare credit).
But I'm dreading the new design of the Premier card because of the same stripe in front and the extra time it takes to show the cashier. And that card I use a lot in person for the 3X dining & entertainment as well as the broader travel category.
My premier hasn't arrived yet, I hope it stands out more than the Prestige because once it's here, that will be my daily user card whereas the prestige is for travel.

I think it'll still be the same problem even if the strip in front stands out more because people are accustomed to the stripe being on the back.
I'm just hoping that Citi takes their sweet time in replacing my card like Chase who still hasn't converted my Freedom MC to Visa yet, though they've been telling me that they're going to for the past 2 years
