3x on dining from Navy Fed

So last week while I was in Mexico I got a letter in the mail stating that my GoRewards card points structure was changing. I now get 3 points per dollar spent on dining and 2x on somthing else but I tossed the letter. 

Will this be permenant? If so I know what will soon replace my CSP which I currently use for dining

I believe this is a permanent benefit change.

I am planning on product changing my Flagship rewards card once the AF comes due.

it would be nice for a revamped flagship card now. perhaps 3x on dining also, even if it's once a week idk lol

I totally agree!

I applied for the flagship because the cash rewards didn't have a signup bonus going, so I've always intended to product change it (the go rewards new benefits hadn't been released yet).

As it stands, I don't really view it as anything special. It's a venture card with a $10 cheaper AF, with a far superior lender (IMO). I don't spend enough to justify the AF, and even if I did, I'd still go get a DC to get the cash back instead of points.

With that said, I'm a big fan of NFCU and got this card mainly to establish a relationship for when I apply for auto and home loans.
