4 for 5 on approvals

In the past two weeks I have applied for credit with ORchard, Capital One, Hooters, Target Red and T-Mobil. I was approved for all but Hooters, which I am not sure why yet. ORchard and Capital One, I have previous charge off's with (paid). About three years ago someone (not me), opened an account with T-Mobil.T-Mobil, ( I still don't know how I got approved with no deposit). I disputed it with everyone and in the end, I had to pay in settlement. I'm done until I let them age a bit and go for a 99/500, hopefully, with BOA.

It is a CC offered by BofA that comes as a counter-offers after apping and being denied for one of their unsecured cards. If offered, you give them $99 and they give you a $500 CL CC and becomes unsecured after 9-12 months, with a refund of the $99.
