Look at my information below and let me your if its a go for an Amex Zync. One inquire in the last 12 months from all three reports. UTI is 25%
Thanks guys!
I got approved for the Zync (npsl) last Tuesday (it got here today - speedy) and have similar scores to yours (slightly lower), several baddies (COs, collections) that are 5-7 years old and 2-3 inq's on each report at the time of application.
Can't say anything for sure, but I'll cross my fingers for you!

Thanks You should get it easily next year, you might even be able to skip the Zync and get a revolver by then!
I feel terrible saying it, but I only got one because "everyone else is doing it". I won't use it because if I'm going to PIF every month I rather PIF on the card I've longed for since 2007 and finally got (Southwest). I just figured that someday I would probably want a revolver from them, and paying $25 a year to have that future card backdated would be worth it.
Plus, if I'm still with Amex and AU backdating still helps 10 years from now, then my son can have a nice AAoA right out of the gate lol
I've only had it for a few months and I don't use it much right now sinceI'm trying to meet minimum spending on other cards. The sync your card features which gives you nice little credits for shopping at certain places are definitely nice. I dont like that I had to pay to add my sister as an AU but I do like that I get to limit her spending.
Go for it
I got approved with a 660 credit score.
I also got approved for that card almost a year ago with a 675 credit score. I think you have a good chance to get approved.
