hmmm do they initiate it automatically? i might encounter a problem if they ask for my ID to verify my age. :/ i don't have an AARP # on my card and im not AARP age.

I did as well.  Love this card as back up dining (personal) and gas to sallie Mae.  Usually charge my AARP insurance(s) to this card.  Gets more use than freedom.
