I called today and was told due to a my EX having a security freeze they were unable to verify me.  The rep told me even though they hard pulled EQ, all of the bureaus "talk to each other."  Not being in the arguing mood I advised her I wanted to escalate it.  The Supervisor saw what happened immediately and......

Where do they get this from and HOW do you find a person that has 1. common sense. and 2. the ability to change it to approved and not only approved but $15k?!!? OMG

see I go from speachless to practically arrested and when that "girl" last week told me that EX had to let them know if they would approve me" I asked for supervisor BEFORE I yelled and she told me not available!
