It should say thank you for using your enrolled card ending in XXXXX and for supporting Small Business Saturday.  Small businesses are the heartbeat of our communities and supporting them is a great way to help fuel the local economy. 

Then there are some privacy disclosures.

I received confirmation for all of our transactions now.

I received my email last night after I'd gone to bed. I believe perhaps the systems were pretty busy, as I've used this offer for many years....and typically received my "thank you" email within moments of my transaction. Amex is VERY quick about issuing the credits for this program, although much cannot be said of the same for the Twitter/Foursquare offers (since I've had to call them to manually complete EVERY time.....extremely annoying).

Update for me, I received all 5 confirmation emails for the 5 cards used.

Anyone else having an issue with their zync card? DGF and i went to same place. she has costco card. both bought stuff. she got a msg thanking her for her small biz purchase and I have not.

Last year I never got a credit and had to call in order to get a credit applied to my account. Why does my card not behave? lol

I've gotten emails for both my cards...Anyone actually gotten a credit yet?

I got 15 emails on my cards late last night and as was stated earlier, they have been much quicker in past years with the confirmation emails.  You won't get the credit until the purchase actually posts to your account.  They should start posting for me by tomorrow or Tuesday, and in the past the credit was only a day or 2 behind.

I downgraded my PRG to Zync a couple of weeks before they quit offering them and I got confirmation on all 6 of them at the same time as the 6 Platinum and 3 BCP, so no problem on my part with the Zync.
