Negative lol Tried it. Hit the live chat button and it tells me reps are busy, send a message. But the message button is grayed out and also unavailable! Guess they dont want to correspond with me today It can wait. Both cards are still in a 0% period. Got time

Hmm. Sometimes it works after a couple of refreshes and going back and forth to the main page and the help page.
But anyways, if it doesn't work today it's not the end of the world. Must work sometime during the weekend and that'll be sweet

I bounced around clicking every tab at the top of the page and refreshed like 10 times lol I'm now out of patience But will try again in an hour or two.
