My Experian score was a 736 and I had no baddies of any sort on my CR. I was approved for the BCE with a $10K CL.

Re: AMEX Approval Scores

I was approved for the AMEX zync w/ a EX score of 656. The following day I app'd for the AMEX delta gold and was approved for a 1k limit. I have 5 badies which include 4 unpaid CA's and 1 CO (CO is due to fall off this year. I have many positive TL's that are credit cards dating back to 06. I just made a few stupid mistakes on my way to recovery like not paying a final phone or cleaning (apartment) bill.

Re: AMEX Approval Scores

Hey! I was approved last August for the Amex BCE with a EX score of 712, less than 1 year of credit though! Cool card with nice rewards, but I find Discover has better customer service. Smiley Happy

Re: AMEX Approval Scores

If you don't spend $6500 fast the BCE isn't really worth it is it?

I think you're referring to the old cash card where it's 1% until after spending $6,500 where it becomes 5%?

The present BCE has no tiers to reach before the 3% on supermarket and 2% drugstore & gas kicks in.

Re: AMEX Approval Scores

Are you referring to the $6500 min on the BCP? If so, that no longer exists. That's why I just got it!
