I guess you'd be able to tell on your statement by the first time you used it on your very first statement?

I wrote the day of activiation in my calendar.  Counted 61 days and marked that as 'call to CLI AMEX'.  I called them up and asked how long ago I activated and they confirm.  Then I went online and tapped the LUV button.  Instant approval.
