Thank you all. I will ask for 25k. Is it 61 days from today or 61 days from when I receive the card and activate?

Some say 61 days from approval, while others say 61 days from activation. I waited 61 days from activation, and was instantly approved for 3x

Congratulations!
When you log onto your online account you will see the statement start date. That will be the date I use for my CLI request. It is 5 days after approval, but about 6 days before activation. That seems to be the day the card was setup and ready for use even though I hadn't received the card yet.
Instead of guessing you can always call Customer Service and ask for the exact date you are eligible. Other members have had success with that method.
Seem like the samething to me.....Approved on Nov 14.....Acc open in Nov 19 and first activation in 26 ;-(
Maybe i call after 61 days on account open day ......
I recently PC my Delta to BCE on Dec 15.
Should i used the same open day for Delta which on the 19th ???

$10,000. They doubled my previously highest limit!
So is it true I can ask for a 3x (or 25k?) in 61 days?
Congrats!
My BCE also started out at $10k and after 60 days (for me I believe it was from activation and not approval) I requested a CLI on the website for $25k and was approved. So yes, definitely give it a try.

WOW that's an awesome starting CL!! I joined the AMEX family in November. My CL is $3300 and I want a CLI to at least $5000. I'm a little scared to ask for full 3x since I only work part time and only made just under $15k in 2012. I don't want to get FR'ed

Congrats! 10k? Wow. Sweet limit.
