it IS a bit of work, but hey, if you're @ the grocery store every week anyway, why not, right? 
on this forum, it seems everyone is always chasing after that credit card that offers the higher reward value... but by using a simple strategy, i don't have to keep app-ing for other "better" credit cards (which would lower my scores).
8.5% CB @ gas station is better than any 5% rotating category; hands down.
