Including Annual Fee ($75) first month spend $274.90, second month spend $791.36, third month currently $325.30.
I had to get those bonus points for spending $1,000 in the first 3 months. Plus, I had to stay on top of that for the Chase BCP ($3k in 3 months) and PenFed Plat Rewards ($1k in 3 months).
It wasn't hard to get there, but I had to keep a close eye on all accounts throughout each month to ensure I was doing things right. I guess this was a goon initation period to get me in the habit of paying close attention to all accounts all the time. Better to actively manage these accounts I think.
