AMEX Backdating Question

I had this exact thing done just weeks ago, I also have a corp card I dont have access to (besides expense reports). You can do it over live chat or call but dont mention the word backdate or corporate. Just like someone above said, "hey I just got my new SPG card and i noticed my old american express card says member since XX and the new one says 13. Can you correct that for me?"
