AMEX Blue Cash with EMV chip for AU?

I have my wife as an AU for my amex Blue Cash . The other day amex sent her a new card with EMV chip.

Only she got it. Why is that ? We never asked for one , and the strange thing is that mine never came , just hers .

That was kind weird , why would they send one for her and not bother with me ? She does swipes the card more than me , so maybe that's why, idk.

MyFICO Scores : EQ = 791 , TU = 794, EX = 774 as of 06/16

that is weird.

I chatted with AMEX to get my cards with the EMV Chip.

Maybe your wife's card is set to expire before you?

I just add my wife as a AU on my BCE and  requested a EMV replacement card for me.   CSR responded sure and put the request in should have the card by Wednesday.  My new PRG card also came in with the EMV chip on it too.

Same situation with our Platinum cards. No rhyme or reason.
