Hm...I wasn't aware of this either as I pushed the CLI button for my ED card too early and was told I needed to wait the 61 days (and this was after getting the increase on my BCP card). They informed me at the 61 day mark I would get the increase. Not that it truly matters too much to me, but it would be nice to get a CLI for my ED as well.
