When I log-on under "Manage my credit limit", there is no option to request an increase, Does this mean that I'm not eligible for one?
You're looking in the wrong place. Go back to your Account Home, select More Account Options (just above Latest Transactions) and then select Increase Line of Credit under Account Management.
