15 minutes until my 61st day for AMEX CLI. Do I do it after midnight, wait until the morning, or since it's a holiday wait until Friday the 5th?

I did mine an hour early because I did not figure in the time difference...got denied. BUT an hour later, tried again and instantly approved.
