Hmm, well I decided today to do a CLI on my JB AMEX since I was on a roll with everything else. It said I wasn't eligible for a CLI since I had just requested one less than 6 months ago on ANOTHER card. That would be true as it was on my AMEX SPG. I didn't realize (or clearly have missed) that you could only do a CLI once every 6 months in GENERAL no matter how many cards you have with AMEX. I called a rep and she said the same thing to me.
