I got a letter yesterday stating that I could now pay any charge over $100 overtime at an APR of 18%.
That would be for my Platinum AMEX.
Anyone else got that and any of you using the feature? Defeats the purpose of charge card but does it mean that AMEX trusts me more now ?
Just found out that you have to enroll and when you do it asks you for your income. Needless to say i didnt continue.
I think I have seen promotions where you get MR points for enrolling in buy now, pay later ~ even if you don't use it.
It didnt mention any MR points in the letter. If that was the case I would have definitely signed up

Yeah, I would wait for them to throw out some MR points before signing up....
I noticed it was mentioned as a feature for several of the charge cards and that you have to get invited to get it. Not sure how they screen the invitations. I'd like to get it eventually just as a safety net in case something goes horribly wrong with finances, but I don't know if it's even offered for the Zync.
Don't know if this is still good.
I wouldnt do it. Asking to rotate on a charge card might tell Amex your hurting for money.
