I've never played with that button... My limit is $10,500 on BCE. Maybe I should put in $15,000 and see what happens? Lol

Not really worth it to try the check spending ability button unless you actually want to make a large purchase.

I think it is a good way to see if you will be approved for your 3x increase.

If they are comfortable with you exceeding your current limit, they will likely approve your request for an increase.

I am due for a CLI in May so maybe I will ask for a nice CLI on one of my cards
