Just got home and quickly read my Amex TC statement for November.
It seems that the 14.99% is going to prime plus 17.99 effective December 2, which they said would be over 22% right now. Cool 50% ratejack for everyone who doesn't PIF.
And they are tightening up on the crediting of rebates. Something about the merchant must use the proper "code" or 2% and 3% becomes 1%.
