Has anyone noticed how fast Amex payments post??
I literally just paid my first Amex bill in full, and it was reflected in my avail credit in less than two hours!!!!

It is available as soon as I hit submit. I did it once and charged it right back up and though it would get declined but it did not. I am surprised they do this since there is no way for them to be able to see if you actually have the money that fast.
Sometimes I PIF multiple times before the statement cuts, just because I'm usually pretty busy and don't want forget a payment. Amex seems to not have no problme with it.

But to give an opinion on the subject as long as your paying your bill on time and in full I would not worry at all about an FR.
Got my BCE, in first week I used 60% util. After the charges posted, I PIF. Before the 1st statement cut and within the first week of getting the card.
Since then, I charge another 50% of util and PIF as soon as it posted.
