696 and 5 inq... no baddies, util is under 10%.... haven't had a long history though... once it's up I'll hopefully get in, the 6% on grocers would be awesome

Do you have any AMEX cards currently??

If not i'd jump on a charge card your scores and stats are fine for that. If approved, immediately app for BCE. SP if deniad and YMMV they might go off the same HP for charge card approval.

I also got a letter from USBank, I applied for them right after AMEX. 

They sent me a score of 723 from EQ ( Doesn't say FICO though )

AMEX is only guarantied to pull EX on Charge cards, since the OP has a CL he got a revolver so all bets are off on which report they will pull, they will any of the reports they want, and may double or tripple pull if the OP is boarderline.
