Thats one reason i don't use my BCE at target.. I like the 5% off that i get with the target card.. and i pif every month.

FYI I don't believe the target visa is available anymore.

I just checked their website and it shows credit & debit cards. I would probably just get the debit version so I don't have a small CL that reports. I've spent $2010 ytd at target...lol didn't realize it was that high but with 5% back I'd only be saving $100 so idk.....yes $100 is $100 to save but still..
