AMEX Pulling TU

So I got AMEX letter explaining why I got denied for the BCP.. They pulled my TU FICO and its just too low at 649...

Your EX report frozen?

5/2012: 560 credit scores across the board and $500 secured CC
12/2014: 750+ scores across the board and $80k in revolving credit

Get those baddies removed!!!

did they double pull? and tu was the deciding factor? 

they triple pulled me for my zync.

I got my TU pulled at 696, and got approved. I think they try to approve you when they pull TU...

I.e. "borderline approval"

I hope they start pulling TU a little more. It has my lowest number of inq.


Starting Score: EQ 551 TU 548 CK 607on 6/8/12, EX 542(AMEX pull 3/4/12)
Current Score: EQ 710 TU 727 EX 704 CK 719(FAKO-EX 697, EQ 697, TU 697)

Well, they pulled all three for me, but approval was based on TU. I don't even really think my 696 TU FICO was higher than my others at all. My exp would have been highest.

Very similar situation.  Verified triple-pull, landed on TU @ 680.  I see it as trading INQ's for a backdated TL.

They pulled all 3 for me and I was still declined.  My TU score was 707 - I have a lot of inq's on TU ( 6 GE Cards last year) and if they were 'trying' to approve me I'm sure that was the death nail.  

 

Guess I was hoping the EXP would be good enough but I will wait until the fall and try them again.

Nope, they just pulled TU and said the score was too low
