AMEX Revolver AU Spending Limit vs. Reported CL

Does changing the Spending Limit on an AMEX Revolver AU card impact the reported CL for the AU in any way? AMEX makes quite the distinction that a "Spending Limit" does not work like a "Credit Limit" on an AU card (that is, it's based on the actual amount spent, and the only thing that allows for more spending is the passage of time, not making a payment to lower the limit). I'm curious what gets reported for the CL on the AU card: the Spending Limit (as set at the time the statement cuts) or the actual CL from the primary card? I would imagine it would be the primary card's CL, but you never know...
