So my Amex Blue Cash card started at a $3600 CL. 

At 61 days, I hit the LUV button, requested 3x limit, but they countered with $5700, so I took it. 

6 months later, I hit the luv button and requested 3x limit, but they denied due to high balance on another card that I have.

Today is 90 days since the denial, so I decide to hit the LUV button again.  I have paid off the high-balance card...

 

INSTANTLY APPROVED. $15k CL!!!

 

This is now my highest CL card.  Thanks Amex!
