So that means you can pair a Senior Green with AMEX Blue to earn regular MR points at $35 AF.

What I hate is the consumer has no power in these contracts. I get the card and 6 months later they strip it bear.
When you use your card, you agree to T&C (it is printed on your card). T&C stated that AMEX has the right to change the term at its will.
so what do we do with our current points?
I don't have enough for anything really with only a few thousand.
edit: also i hope af stays 25 dollars for the zync, if thats the case, ill still keep mine around.
apping for another amex on the 1st of the year

Seem slike it might be time to let the Unicorn become extinct with no rewards at all. I already have 2 Amex revolvers, I was only going to keep it because it is so unique. I like having a NPSL charge card just in case but I can do without it. I'll have to look at the other charge cards and see if there's anything I like.

Great link. They do have a lot of selections indeed.
What a sad demise to what used to be my favorite card! I'll have to see when I call what the options are next week.
I do like the idea of a charge card, as it has greatly aided in my debt recovery. I'd like to go PRG, but rumblings of having to pay the AF immediately after the PC makes me not want to do it. I guess I could settle for Green for now.

Yes, that is my understanding.
I take it to mean, the Senior Green at $35 does not earn rewards, but confers full MR status to and maintains all existing points accrued.
I think I am going to keep mine. I still get compliments on it.
