Re: AMEX Zync - any new info?

If the perks are gone they owe me a refund.  I just got card and had been charged with the fees for the various packs.  Additionally, if no MRE points then its a charge card without any benefits?  You would think they would send us some information so we know where we stand.  Its been about a month.

Same thing...I havent recieved any points for this month either so im curious was to what they're planning. I feel that if we no longer get points we should get PC'ed...but that brings us back to the AF issue. Ah well

I'll keep card.  What I want is them to allow me to get bonus points offer for new charge card and link it to Zync.  They should also at least give me my signup points on zync and dollar for dollar points for the amount ive already charged not to mention the refund on packs which was about $100 in my case (rest, connect, vegas, etc)

Where do you see that? My points listed on site is ZERO.  Do they not generate until you pay the bill?  Does it take some time for the points to show up with first statement?

Re: AMEX Zync - any new info?

IIRC, it took a couple statements before my points started showing up.

Learning from my past and rebuilding..

Re: AMEX Zync - any new info?

Yes, it takes some time. After a statement cuts, within the next few days you should be able to see the pending points on www.membershiprewards.com when you click on Points Summary.  Note that at this stage you will not see them on your AmEx account page yet.

You can click "View Detail" next to the Pending balance to see a breakdown of the various bonus points you are getting from the packs you have.

After the next statement cuts, then those pending points will become active points and will show up on your AmEx account page and in your Points Balance on memershiprewards.com.

Starting: EQ 622 (myFICO 7/7/12), EX 696 (TU FAKO 8/14/12), TU 621 (CK TransRisk 7/24/12), Total CL $1k on 2 TLs

The points lag by 1 statement cycle...

Re: AMEX Zync - any new info?

MR points are typically delayed 1 billing cycle. So you points earned for this period, will not post until after your next statement closes.
