I think I'm going to.  Right now I am in the process of a home negotiation and hopefully will be purchasing soon.  As soon as that is all finished I will be applying.

Here are what my scores were if it helps at all....

My FICO scores for TU and EQ were ~690 - 700 when I was approved for Chase Freedom seven weeks ago. 5yrs AAoA... no previous credit card besides Macy's store card. 

Was approved for BCE three weeks ago... Didn't get my score from AmEx so check EX on my own few days ago and saw I had a 727 score.
