AMEX and Discover Reporting

I just got a Discover More and American Express Green Card this month.  How long does it take for these CCC's to report the the CRA's?

Also, what is the CL threshold for not having a low CL?

Discover took two billing cycles to report when I got my card. I believe I read a thread earlier today where someone's Discover TL hadn't yet reported as well. Amex I am not quite sure on how long it takes for them to report.

Anyone understand the reason for the delay in reporting?  It took two billing cycles for my Cap One card to report also.

my discover is three billing cycles, and still not show up in the credit report.

Discover my first staments cut, it just reported my AMEX same time has yet to report.
