Do you know if AMEX will just pull all monies owed on my autopay date?  Or, do I have to pay her charges separately?

If you are the primary, your balance will reflect all charges to your sub accounts.
For instance, I'm the primary on two Amex cc's with two ACMs, I pay the bill from my online account which takes care of all charges.
My DH is the primary on two and I'm the ACM - if I logged in to pay I would only see my balances. Therefore, I log in under him -with his permission- and pay his two Amex cc.
