You can't product change online unless you "upgrade", you have to call customer service to request a "downgrade".  I wouldn't think you'd have any problems switching your current card to a Zync.

I just finished reading the sticky on closing account, and plan on figuring out when and who to close when it's time. Going to wait awhile before I do anything to my credit report. Let it cool down (I'm sure AMEX hit the report). I have ID alert, and it'll tell me if anything posts.

Current Score: 672TU and 666 EX
Goal Score: 675
