now one thing I've been reading about with charge cards is the UTL % on them is complicated. Since I'm buying a condo in May, should I be worried about this?
What util percent? it is not counted as part of your utilization. it is not even considered a revolver. it is listed as open on your credit report. and has no affect what so ever on your utilization. so its not complicated. its quite simple. Due in Full every month. No exceptions. 
So it wont hurt at all? Just want to make sure I heard some older model credit scores don't take charge cards into account. Are they still used today?
