AMEX green card - chances of approval?

I have an itch to app for either a Nordstrom store card or an Amex green. But I think the AMEX is a better choice, financially. Here's my situation:

3 inq - 1 for a rental app 2 for cards I got. Discover it and amazon
30 lates in 2007 (1 or 2)
And I paid off a couple baddies off the last one 2 months ago

So what are my chances?!?
Southwest: $9k - Discover It $1,900 - Amazon $2,900 - CAP1 - $1,500 - QuickSilver (FKA Orchard) - $900 - J. Crew $1K - LOFT $1K - Nordstroms $1K - Amex BCE - $3,000
Scores: Credit Karma 687, Credit Sesame 660- EQ 643 - EX 665 (from Amex)- TQ 655 Lender Pull: 693

Were the baddies PFD? Or are they still in your cr just marked paid?

How recent are your inqs?  If they are within the past few months it will probably be a denial because I don't think they'll like the combo of that plus lates and baddies.

Inq was 2 months ago and not sure how baddies reporting. I'm assuming they are reporting deleted. My credit sesame went to 650 today!

I would pull CR's to see before making any moves 

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

I already ran my free annual reports this year, where would you recommend getting the CHEAPEST EX credit report??

Not sure how those baddies are reporting, last time I got a report was from a lender prior to paying them. Need to pull a EX report to see, since that is what AMEX pulls right?
