Yesterday I pulled the trigger on getting a CLI on my BCP since it was the 62nd since approval...i was denied saying that AMX will not give CLI on accounts less than 60 days old.
My question, can I try 61 days after the activation date or is there a waiting period since I tried to early?
Thanks
Yes, try again in a week or two. I've seen this happened before and the people tried again and it went through.

Yikes!!! I will have to remember this -- my 61st day falls on a Sunday -- think I'll wait till Monday or Tuesday before trying for the first CLI.
Or wait til after the 2nd billing cycle to request your CLI if you lost count of the days you activate the BCP card. GL !!
It's probably 61 days since activation, or 61 days since first use. 61 days from approval doesn't make a whole lot of sense as the purpose is to see use on the tradeline for some specific period of time, and approval -> activation is a variable length period.
My theory anyway.
Yeah, for me anyways it was 61 days from activation. I tried the CLI at 61 days from approval and got the "we don't give CLI in 60 days" message. I tried it again 4-5 days later and got approved!!! It went from 2000 to 6000, instant approval. Very Nice!
I got both the denial and approval letters on the same day in the mail....
