I've read here that Amex backdates the year, but keeps the month. Does that mean it's possible to have a newer account reporting as an "older" account?
For instance, I got my very first AMEX in April, 2011. I really want to get a BCE, but I'm thinking it's better to wait for January since it will report (once it gets backdated) as member since Jan 2011. Is this correct?
