How are you going about your CLI's?  Are you going online or calling?

Mine were both thru calling. They weren't instant and both took two days for approval.

Missed your post Turbowxr but it doesn't take a specialist. Any frontline person you get can either instantly approve or submit your request for a cli review.

Mine were both by calling the regular number on the back of my card and my soft pulls were both instant gave me the decision while I was still on the line.

Same here. I called the regular customer service number 

and a cust serv rep put in the CLI apps right over the phone.

Soft pulls on everything. 

Turnaround time for the NAVChek (line of credit) CLI was

24 hours. The CLI for the nRewards Visa was also 24 hrs.

CLI for the nRewards Mastercard was instant over the phone.

Like I said, Navy Fed takes great care of you and everything is

kept simple. No fuss, no muss...
