I never had a chargeoff with Cap1 or a credit card with them for that matter. I've been prequalified on their website for months and months for four of their cards. Last week I recieved my new Citi Plat. Select MC with a 8.7K CL and yesterday I was approved for The Home Depot CC for $500. I then applied for Cap1 and was instantly denied. My average score is 740. Before these cards I was just an AU on my wifes 4 accounts for the past 6 years with excellent history.
