Thanks for reminding. I just called Amex to lower my Costco Amex 13.24% to 10.24% (prime + 6.99%). I think it is the lowest rate for that card.

Discover More Card: 12.99%-10.99%

I plan on calling Chase about an APR reduction on my Freedom once the zero APR offer expires. If denied would calling the EO be fruitful? From what I've gathered Chase is rather stingy with APR reductions but I certainly am not going to cancel my card and apply anew just to get a better rate...
Chase seems to not like to give APR reductions they are almost double the avg APR of my other cards. Seems like the only wat to get a low APR on a Freedom these days is if you are able to PC to it from another card that had a lower APR on it when you PCed. I actually considered accepting one of my CSP pre-approvals then moving as much of my freedom CL as they will allow and closing the freedom then at end of year pcing the CSP back to a freedom just to drop my rate 1% but in the end decided it was not worth the effort since I never carry a balance and if I ever did I would use my USAA rate advantage card.
Chase and Citi don't like APR reduction.
Ron.
Bank Of America Accelerated Rewards Amex : 11.99%-10.99%.
