So i got a mailer from Citi and i always like to look at the APR they will offer me. Well for me i found this shocking to see the lowest APR was being offered to me. They sent me an offer for their Simplicty Card with the APR being 0% for 18 mos ( i know thats normal) but after that my APR would be their lowest offered (12.99%) is it common to get a APR offer that low? I am just shocked personally because my utilization currently is about 64% according to my report. Its not that high now, my report says its that high since my cards havent updated yet. Once they update it should be much much lower.
