APR rates - Capital One

Has anyone notice if their interest have dropped in the past few months.

Cap1 $2500 no AF (Started $500 = 2006 - increased to 2500 in 2007)
MAR 22.15%
APR 20.15%
June 19.90%

Cap1 $500 W/$29 AF (Started $500 = 2006)
APR 14.40%
June 14.15%

Both Cards have had for almost 2 years. Thinking to combine cards in November or December when the balances are a little lower

Do you have a variable rate card? (ie prime + whatever%)

If so... that would explain it. I got all excited when I noticed the same thing on my AmEx Delta SkyMiles statements, then a bit later thought 'duh - they don't love me, they're just following the terms of their own agreement with me!'

If your rate isn't a variable one... congrats!! Smiley Happy
