AU Member Date

Good morning guys!

Quick question, if I may.  So I as I mentioned in my rebuild thread, I was added as an AU to my DGF Amex (she opened in 08), but my AU card and my updated reports are showing opened in 2012?

Is that correct?  They don't backdate the card to match the primarty cardholders open date?

If it is supposed to reflect 2008, how do I go about getting that changed?

Re: AU Member Date

I read, in another thread here, that the courtesy of backdating ACM accounts stopped in November 2011.
