AU on old closed account- how long will it stay on my CR?

I was an AU on one of my Dads cards, and it is showing on only one of my CR's (Transunion).  This is how it shows:

 

Date Opened: 08/1999

Date Paid: 10/2002

Date Closed: 10/2004

 

#1 Can I contact Discover to have the tradline show on my other 2 credit reports?

#2 Will the tradeline stay on my CR until 10/2014, or is a different date used?

#3 My father passed away 4 1/2 years ago so he cannot call Discover on my behalf.
