I currently have a BOA secured visa. I have had the card almost 9 months. I pay in full each month. I have read on some sites on the web where certain people mention they have asked BOA to upgrade to a AMEX after they have graduated to a unsecured visa. I have read several posts where they claim BOA did allow this. There was also mention of "converting" the visa to a AMEX.
I have some baddies, and CO's from about 4-5 years ago after my divorce. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything like this. I was always under the impression you need to put in a application for each card you want. It doesn't make sense to me. If anyone can offer anything please let me know.
I won't dare try to get a AMEX, from the AMEX website due to the fact of the old baddies. I was hoping possibly getting one from BOA for now.
