Account Change

i'm completely suprised I just called into Citi Retention and got my AA card changed into the dividend World.

Starting Score: 523 May 2010
Current FAKO Score: Equifax 526; Trans Union 646; Experian 637 (11/13/2013)
Goal Score: 700 Across the Board

Yes! They just dropped a nice surprise this way too.

A first CLI increase with them! Call from EO completely unexpected.
