Adding an Authorized User for Applied Bank

Has anyone had any experience w/adding an authorized user to this card?

I have the secured card. When I go onto the online access and click 'add authorized user', it says the link is broken

Login and go to customer service, the panel that pops down should have add authorized user

It says "we are unable to add an authorized user to your account".  I was sent the forms in the mail, but they want my dh social & in the past adding an authorized user just requires the name.  I'm wondering if they will pull his credit.  I'm trying to help him build by adding him as an authorized user.

No they will not pull his credit. They are asking for a SSN for they can add your payment history to his credit report.
